  • These vacuum sealed whole pieces come to you fresh, not pre-frozen. They have a refrigerated shelf life between 4-6 weeks if unopened.

    Upon opening, we recommend to consume within 2-3 days for ultimate freshness, although it can last in the fridge in an airtight container or wrapped well for approx. 3-5 days.

    Recommend slicing, dicing or preparing your meat and sectioning it into portions before freezing. It will last in the freezer for up to 6 months.
