The cattle are raised by third generation farmers in Western Queensland on Certified Organic fertile pastures among abundant wildlife and diverse landscapes. Our farmers consider themselves stewards of these animals and vast grasslands, and have never treated their cattle with antibiotics or added hormones - ever!

These vacuum sealed whole pieces come to you with a refrigerated shelf life between 4-6 weeks if unopened.

Upon opening, it can last in the fridge in an airtight container or wrapped well for approx. 2-4 days.

Recommend slicing, dicing or preparing your meat and sectioning it into portions before freezing. They will last in the freezer for up to 6 months.

This steak screams steak sandwich! It's rich flavour and melt in your mouth tenderness is what you need. Cut into slices and cook to your desired doneness. Add to toasted focaccia, add cheese, caramelised balsamic onions, rocket and your favourite bbq sauce - enjoy!
