The cattle are raised by third generation farmers in Western Queensland on Certified Organic fertile pastures among abundant wildlife and diverse landscapes. Our farmers consider themselves stewards of these animals and vast grasslands, and have never treated their cattle with antibiotics or added hormones - ever!

These vacuum sealed whole pieces come to you fresh, not pre-frozen. They have a refrigerated shelf life between 4-6 weeks if unopened.

Upon opening, we recommend to consume within 2-3 days for ultimate freshness, although it can last in the fridge in an airtight container or wrapped well for approx. 3-5 days.

Recommend slicing, dicing or preparing your meat and sectioning it into portions before freezing. It will last in the freezer for up to 6 months.

This has to be one of the most versatile cuts. Slices, dices, strips, steaks, mince - the list goes on. 

Great for families and meal preps. Prepare stir fry, curry, steak sandwiches, Sunday roast, steak frits, traditional stews, steak pies or slow cooked pulled beef in your favourite bbq sauce. 

The best part - the fat cap! Render that down to make the best tallow. Perfect for frying and adding rich flavour to your food. Use in place of your cooking oil or filter it off and whip with coconut oil for the most nourishing skin moisturiser!
