What makes it special?
Beef is a major protein source in our household. It's versatile, provides our essential nutrients and is delicious, even on its own.
But not all beef is created equally, that's we only choose Australian Certified Organic Halal beef.

You are what you eat
Throughout their life, our cattle graze on over 250 species of native grasses, herbs and succulents.
This lends itself to a leaner, more natural taste shaped by open pastures.
No feeding program, no grain, no additives... just what cows were designed to eat.

Certified organic
Not because they do anything different, but because they do nothing at all.
These generational farmers have been on the land for decades. Working with the elements, and understanding the connection between land an animal.
And they are certified to prove they are honest.

grass fed & finished
Grass fed claims are a marketing tool. Most cows start off eating grass and then moved into feedlots and fed feed including grain, soy and cereals.
Also, most grass or silage are grown and manufactured with synthetic chemicals fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides.
Our beef is grass fed and finished meaning the cattle has only eaten native grass it's whole life.

proof is in the - beef
Have you ever tasted something and 'felt it' ? Your body knows what's good for it, but most choose to ignore the signs.
If you know, you know.
Our beef does just that. Every steak, every mouthful, every morsel, your body asks for more.
It's not just about the rich beefy flavour, it's how it feels.

Certified Halal
Halal is a practice. It ensures the animal has been raised, cared for and treated with respect, up to and at the time of slaughter.
Particular protocols include the animal being out of sight from other animals and blood, it must be given food and water, and kept calm. It also must be alive, healthy and upright before slaughter.
Our Certified Halal beef ensures strict traceability and proper protocols are met.

Our land, our future
Our farmers are stewards of the land. They have a deep responsibility for, not only facilitating the food we eat, but for ensuring it can happen for generations to come.
No chemicals, no over production, no negative environmental impacts for profit.
Just working with nature and how the system was designed to thrive, generation after generation.
